Оплату приймає Creem як офіційний продавець, тому повернення технічно виконує Creem на ту саму картку чи рахунок, з якого надійшла оплата. Заявку надсилайте нам на mail@blockchain-certificate.com: вкажіть електронну пошту, з якою купували, і дату покупки. Ми відповімо протягом 3 робочих днів.
2. Невикористані сертифікати
Кошти за придбані сертифікати не повертаються. Невикористані сертифікати не згорають і зберігаються у вашому кабінеті без обмеження строку: ви можете використати їх будь-коли.
Виняток для споживачів із країн Європейського Союзу та Європейської економічної зони: протягом 14 днів від дня покупки ви можете відмовитися від невикористаних сертифікатів без пояснення причин і отримати за них кошти. Якщо частину пакета вже використано, повертається частина ціни пакета, пропорційна кількості невикористаних сертифікатів. 3. Використані сертифікати
Кошти за використаний сертифікат не повертаються: запис у блокчейні вже зроблено, і скасувати його неможливо.
Купуючи один сертифікат без реєстрації, ви просите виконати послугу одразу після оплати й погоджуєтеся, що після створення запису втрачаєте право відмовитися від покупки.
4. Якщо помилилися ми
Якщо ви заплатили, але запис не створено, сертифікат не надійшов або гроші списано двічі, ми безкоштовно виконаємо запис, повернемо сертифікат на баланс або повністю повернемо кошти — на ваш вибір.
5. Якщо помилилися ви
Якщо ви зареєстрували не той файл або вказали дані з помилкою, запис у блокчейні змінити не можна, і кошти за нього не повертаються. Помилку в імені чи назві в самому сертифікаті ми виправимо на ваше прохання, якщо хеш залишається тим самим.
6. Строки та права споживачів
Після схвалення повернення кошти зазвичай надходять протягом 5–10 робочих днів, залежно від банку.
Ця політика не обмежує прав, які надає вам обов'язкове законодавство про захист прав споживачів.
Refund Policy

1. Who makes the refund
Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record, so the refund itself is made by Creem to the same card or account used for payment. Send your request to us at mail@blockchain-certificate.com with the email used for the purchase and the purchase date. We reply within 3 business days.
2. Unused certificates
Purchased certificates are not refundable. Unused certificates do not expire and stay in your account with no time limit: you can use them whenever you like.
Exception for consumers in the European Union and the European Economic Area: within 14 days of purchase you may withdraw from unused certificates without giving a reason and be refunded for them. If part of a pack has been used, the refund is the share of the pack price proportional to the number of unused certificates. To use this right, write to us at mail@blockchain-certificate.com within that period.
3. Used certificates
A used certificate is not refundable: the blockchain record has already been made and cannot be undone.
When you buy a single certificate without registration, you ask for the service to be performed immediately after payment and agree that you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once the record is created.
4. If the mistake is ours
If you paid but no record was created, the certificate did not arrive, or you were charged twice, we will make the record free of charge, return the certificate to your balance or refund you in full, as you choose.
5. If the mistake is yours
If you registered the wrong file or entered details with an error, the blockchain record cannot be changed and is not refundable. On request we will correct a mistake in the name or title in the certificate itself, provided the hash stays the same.
6. Timing and consumer rights
Once a refund is approved, the money usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
